Sally Bibb has worked in the field of organisational change for more than twenty years. Her particular areas of interest and expertise are trust, ethics, engagement, talent development, organisational systems and the changing world of work. She is fascinated by how people and organisations tick and how societal and technological changes are changing the attitudes of consumers and employees alike. She works with organisations facilitating discussions about how they need to change to respond to the changing business context and generational preferences.

 

During her career Sally has worked in international organisational change and development roles in the telecoms and media sectors. Before co-founding talentsmoothie Sally was a director at The Economist Group (publisher of The Economist magazine). She has worked on many projects in the private, public and third sectors. Recent clients include The Metropolitan Police, MOD, Vodafone, Sony, PwC, Barclays, Time Warner, ITV, EuroMoney, Lilly, AstraZeneca, Pitney Bowes, The National Trust and Goodwood. 

 

Sally is also a writer, editor and author of several books and many articles on the subject of trust and organisational change. Sally’s first degree was in Psychology, Sociology and Economics. She has an MSc in Organisational Change from the University of Surrey. She is a Member of CIPD, NLP Practitioner, Erikson trained coach and MBTI certified.
